Quality Control

Ensuring every product is designed, with materials and quality level that meets or exceeds every customer's requirements.

QIBR Bearing

Strictly manufactured according to the drawings developed by our company engineers and the drawings confirmed by assisting customers in design.

Each batch of outsourced parts (such as steel balls, cages, seals, bushings, washers, etc.) is inspected and accepted by quality engineers before being sent to our factory. After receiving the goods, our quality inspection department conducts a second inspection and acceptance to ensure the reliability of other parts.

In addition, control operations are performed in the enterprise, in which a five-stage control system is organized.

Pre-production inspection

Pre-production inspection is crucial to reduce quality risks, QIBR conducts random inspections on raw materials before the production stage to ensure that the raw materials meet specific standards.

Preliminary inspection

Each batch of components used to manufacture bearings passes a preliminary inspection to ensure compliance with the drawings based on the following parameters:

  • Geometric dimensions;
  • Hardness and structure of the metal (for heat-treated rings and rolling elements);
  • Steel grade (for all components);
  • Visual inspection: appearance (bumps, rust, etc.)

Process Control

Production process control at QIBR Bearings emphasizes systematic quality control to ensure that critical parameters are consistently managed for reliable product quality. Key measures include:

  • Quality Control Points: Establishing specific points in the production process where quality is monitored.
  • Flow Charts and Instructions: Compiling detailed flow charts and operational guidelines to standardize processes.
  • Integration into Quality Systems: Incorporating these controls into daily operations for effective management.

During grinding operations, the MARPOSS E9 monitoring system automatically checks each workpiece in real-time, ensuring compliance with design specifications. It processes data to adjust machinery as needed and logs this information for ongoing quality assessment.

In assembly, all critical dimensions and performance metrics, such as outer and inner diameters, radial clearance, and vibration levels, are monitored to maintain quality standards.

Acceptance control

Before QIBR bearings are sent to consumers, they are first inspected in the factory laboratory and the main warehouse laboratory to ensure that they meet the standard requirements.

By giving QIBR bearings their own product certificates for products inspected in the factory laboratory and the main warehouse laboratory, combined with the enterprise quality system certification, the quality of QIBR bearings can be effectively ensured and the rights of consumers can be protected.

These operations can ensure the stability of the released products, including meeting the higher requirements of some consumers for special technical specifications of specific types of products.
