QIBR works with local universities to offer internships and employment opportunities in bearing and materials science. We share bearing expertise and anonymized customer usage data with university research institutes to develop and improve cost-effective bearings together.

02. Employment

QIBR has provided employment for more than 200 local people, with comprehensive social and medical insurance. Through local employment and tax contributions, we support the development of our city and its communities.

03. Environmental protection

QIBR follows national environmental protection standards. Advanced equipment and noise reduction technology help reduce exhaust emissions and waste, while keeping operational noise within appropriate limits for nearby residents.

04. Production and R&D

By 2018, QIBR reported 6,000 new bearing products, 27 patents and certifications, and an R&D team of 13 doctoral and graduate researchers. We continue to work with leading bearing research institutes and use ISO 9000 standards to improve management and support international development.
