Key Characteristics
Structure: GE280ES-2RS with steel‑on‑steel sliding surface. Inner ring with convex spherical surface; split outer ring with concave spherical raceway.
ES feature: Equipped with lubrication grooves and holes on both inner & outer rings, relubrication required.
2RS feature: Double‑lip contact seals on both sides. Protect sliding surfaces from dust, dirt and moisture; suitable for polluted working environment.
Self‑aligning: Permissible misalignment angle α ≈ 6°. Compensate shaft‑housing misalignment and shaft deflection.
Load capacity: Bear heavy radial load, combined radial‑axial load, alternating load and impact load. For slow oscillating / tilting motion, not for high‑speed rotation.
Material: Inner & outer rings: high‑carbon chromium bearing steel (52100 / GCr15), heat‑treated. Sliding surface can be coated with MoS₂ for initial anti‑friction performance.
Temperature range: ‑30 °C ~ +120 °C.
